1. What to Include in a Notice
- Your full name and the rights-holder relationship.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL or page location of the material at issue.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
2. Review Process
Once a notice is received and appears facially complete, we may remove or disable access to the identified material while we investigate. We may request clarifying details if the claim is incomplete, ambiguous, or unsupported.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining why it is lawful, and providing the declarations and contact information required by applicable law.
4. Repeat Infringers and Abuse
Accounts, contributors, or partners connected to repeated infringement claims may be restricted or terminated. Repeated false notices, impersonation, or takedown abuse may also lead to rejection or escalation.
